Our God is an Awesome God, and “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”  I ask you to pray for us, and I invite you to join us, no matter how small your part.  I guarantee that you WILL make a difference.  Thank you!
God bless you!

Kenn Burdick, police officer, SPD

First, let me introduce myself. I attend Family Worship Center on Morgan Road in Clay, NY.  I am wonderfully married to my wife Stefanie along with our two children, MacKenzie and Cameron. I have been a police officer here in Syracuse for 15 years in the Patrol division. I was a downtown bicycle beat cop for two years, I have worked part time in the schools as a resource officer, I have 8 years experience as an Evidence Technician (CSI for non-fatal crime scenes), and my most recent assignments were on the east side of the City near Syracuse University.

The mission of this Policing Center is to bridge the ever-widening gap between the citizens and the police, with the  emphasis being on youth and the growing refugee population. If you would like to volunteer in the area of youth or any other area of interest, we would welcome the opportunity.
